Each home is its own job

Every property has its own order number, survey and installation date. Using your dedicated portal, you can see the status of any job at any time: surveyed, manufactured, installed. Products can be replaced like-for-like, or according to bespoke tenants' choice forms if you prefer.

Residents and communities

Putting the tenant at the heart of everything we do. We liaise with the tenant to find a suitable time for surveying and installing in their home, and explain the process and the timescale for manufacture and installation.

Properties are treated with respect. All old frames and waste are removed and taken away, and the new frames are left secure and clean, with as little disruption as possible.

After we have gone

If something needs looking at later, a service call is logged against that property's original job, so we know exactly what was fitted and when. Remedial work is tracked and closed promptly.

• Secured by Design and PAS 24 tested windows and doors.
• Escape windows and fire-escape hinges where the rooms need them.
• Trickle ventilation to suit the property.
• Safety glass in doors and low-level glazing.
