From tender to the last plot
From receipt of the tender pack, we check specifications, advise accordingly and then provide a total job price, which includes for the survey, supply and installation of the doors and windows. Each plot is individually priced providing full transparency.
Where agreed, upon call off, every plot is surveyed, ensuring perfectly fitting windows and doors for the entire scheme. Discrepancies between survey sizes and tender drawings are communicated to prevent hiccups becoming problems.
We make each plot as its own order and install in full. Each plot is double QC checked, allowing clear account tracking and peace of mind.
Using our dedicated site portal, key stakeholders can monitor the status of all plots as the site progresses.

- Part Q – Secured by Design as standard: tested locks, hinges and glass that work together, and a licence the police recognise.
- Part B – Fire escape windows sized and hinged for the clear opening Building Regulations ask for, with the floor to opening heights checked.
- Part F – Trickle vents where your ventilation strategy needs them.
- Part M – Accessible handles and thresholds to Approved Document M, including level thresholds on entrance doors.
- Part L – Energy ratings as required.
