The quality management award of ISO 9001 has been achieved by only 3% of British businesses meaning we at Jedson have joined a pretty exclusive club.
Introduced as long ago as 1979, when it was known as BS 5750, ISO 9001 is recognized internationally in over 100 countries worldwide.
For us, achieving ISO 9001 makes a positive statement to our existing, and prospective customers, about our commitment to quality and the importance we place on our customer needs.
ISO 9001/2000 holds at its core a set of eight quality management principles, designed to act as a common foundation for all standards relating to quality management, namely:
